How customers opt in

When a new customer signs up for an account on jimmyshouseofpizza.com, the sign-up form shows a separate, unchecked consent checkbox directly above the "Text me a code" button. The customer must tick this box to proceed. The checkbox is not pre-checked and is not bundled with acceptance of any other policy. To see the consent step directly, visit jimmyshouseofpizza.com/signup. The exact wording shown to the customer is:

I agree to receive transactional text messages from Jimmy's House of Pizza confirming my orders. Message frequency varies (typically one per order placed). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We will never send marketing texts and we don't sell or share your information. See our Privacy and Terms.

Consent is recorded against the customer's account at the moment they verify their phone number, with a server-side timestamp.

What messages we send

We send only transactional messages tied to an order the customer has placed. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring messages of any kind. The only message type currently in use is an order-confirmation text, sent once per order.

Message frequency

Frequency is tied directly to ordering activity — typically one message per order placed. A customer who places no orders receives no messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on the customer's mobile carrier plan. Jimmy's House of Pizza does not charge for these messages.

Opting out (STOP)

Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message they receive from us. After replying STOP, the customer receives one final confirmation that they have been unsubscribed and will receive no further texts from Jimmy's House of Pizza.

Help (HELP)

Replying HELP to any message returns our shop phone number and a brief help message. Customers may also call us directly at (603) 669-3310 or email jimmyshousepizza@gmail.com.

Privacy of phone numbers and consent records

Phone numbers, consent records, and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver order updates. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Supported carriers

Messages are delivered via Twilio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
