When you place an order on jimmyshouseofpizza.com, we collect:

• Your phone number (used to sign in and to text you about your order)
• Your first name (so the kitchen knows whose order it is at pickup)
• Your order details (items, quantities, special instructions)

We use this information only to:

• Prepare and label your order for pickup
• Send you a one-time text to confirm your order is in
• Contact you about your specific order if there's a question
• Maintain a basic order history so you can re-order favorites

We do not send marketing texts or emails. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising.

When you create an account you tick a box agreeing to receive a one-time text from us confirming each order you place. That's the only kind of text we send — we don't send marketing, promos, or any other unsolicited messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a confirmation text. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

We use Google Firebase to host the site and store order data, and Twilio to send the order-confirmation text message. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments. No other third parties receive your information.

Order history and account info are kept indefinitely so returning customers can see past orders and re-order favorites. To delete your account and order history, contact us at (603) 669-3310 and we'll remove your data within 30 days.

The site uses essential first-party cookies for sign-in and cart state. We do not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
